The Cisco IP Phone 8800 Key Expansion Module (CP-8800-A-KEM) enhances the functionality of compatible Cisco IP Phones by adding 14 physical keys, each with an associated LED, and two page navigation keys, for a total of 28 programmable buttons. These buttons can be configured for directory numbers, speed dials, or feature keys, streamlining call management for receptionists, administrative staff, managers, and executives. The module features a 3.5-inch color display for easy identification of key functions and line statuses. Up to two modules can be connected to the Cisco IP Phone 8851, and up to three modules to the 8861 and 8865 models, offering scalable expansion to meet varying communication needs.
